Omni-Man Character from Invincible Animated Series Set to Debut in Mortal Kombat 1 on November 9 with Show-Accurate Fatality

J.K. Simmons reprises voice-over role for MK1's Omni-Man Character, revealed as first post-launch DLC fighter in Kombat Pack, set to include other characters such as DC’s Peacemaker and Homelander from The Boys.

Omni-Man, voiced by J.K. Simmons from the Invincible animated series, is set to debut in Mortal Kombat 1 on November 9 as part of the Kombat Pack's first post-launch DLC fighter.
The official gameplay trailer, released by NetherRealm Studios, features brutal and show-accurate attacks and fatalities, likened to scenes from the Invincible series.
MK1's Kombat Pack add-on also includes characters Quan Chi, DC’s Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander from The Boys, Takeda Takahashi and more to be released between winter 2023/2024 and summer 2024.
Invincible creator, Robert Kirkman, was closely involved in the creation and integration of Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1, praising the developers for their collaboration and accurate character depiction.
Reprising his role from the animated Invincible series, J.K. Simmons also recorded voice lines specifically tailored to Mortal Kombat, further connecting the character to its origin.
