Lyon met the deadline with audited financial reports, leading UEFA to lift the conditional exclusion on February 3, 2025.
UEFA confirmed the club's participation in the Europa League Round of 16, where Lyon is directly qualified after finishing sixth in the group stage.
The CFCB will continue to closely monitor Lyon's financial management to ensure compliance with UEFA's sustainability regulations.
