Olympic Medalist PV Sindhu Announces Engagement to Venkata Datta Sai

The badminton star will marry the tech executive on December 22 in Udaipur, with pre-wedding celebrations starting December 20.

PV Sindhu, a two-time Olympic medalist, got engaged to Venkata Datta Sai in an intimate ceremony on December 14, 2024.
The couple will hold their wedding in Udaipur on December 22, followed by a grand reception in Hyderabad on December 24.
Sindhu shared the news on Instagram, quoting Khalil Gibran, and posted a picture of the couple exchanging rings.
The engagement was planned quickly due to Sindhu's packed training schedule for the upcoming badminton season, including the Malaysia Open in January 2025.
Prominent figures such as Sachin Tendulkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah are among the invited guests for the celebrations.
