Olivia Rodrigo Releases New Single and Music Video "Bad Idea Right?" Exploring Getting Back Together With an Ex

Olivia Rodrigo released her second single "Bad Idea Right?" along with a music video directed by Petra Collins.
The song and video depict Rodrigo debating whether or not it's a good idea to meet up with an ex-boyfriend.
"Bad Idea Right?" is from Rodrigo's upcoming sophomore album "Guts," set for release on September 8.
The music video features appearances from Rodrigo's real-life friends including Tate McRae, Iris Apatow, and Madison Hu.
Rodrigo said the song started as a joke but evolved into something more meaningful about the whirlwind of emotions involved with seeing an ex again.
