The Ryanair chief escalated pressure over a reported €1.2m exit deal for DAA boss Kenny Jacobs that still needs ministerial approval.

  • He pressed the Government to abolish the 32 million annual passenger cap before year‑end and criticised delays he says would push any law change into next year.
  • Any Jacobs exit package would require approval from Transport Minister Darragh O’Brien and Public Expenditure Minister Jack Chambers, with no decision announced.
  • He warned airlines and passengers should not face higher charges to fund governance disputes and attacked DAA’s proposed €200m cargo tunnel plan.
