Ola Electric Shares Rally on December Market-Share Rebound and Service Gains

The company credits its Hyperservice program for faster repairs that it says are reigniting demand.

  • Ola reported 9,020 VAHAN registrations in December 2025, lifting market share to 9.3% from 7.2% in November and to nearly 12% in the second half of the month.
  • Seventy-seven percent of service requests were completed the same day in December after Hyperservice changes focused on backlog clearance, capacity, parts and customer self-service.
  • Operational steps included a 250-member rapid response team, new app-based service tools, workforce expansion by over 1,000 employees and more than 8,000 direct genuine-parts orders since October.
  • The company said the gains helped it reclaim a top-three position in nearly a dozen states, including Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab and Haryana.
  • Shares rose about 8% to roughly Rs 40.6 as analysts tracked by Bloomberg remained mixed on the stock, while product milestones included S1 Pro+ deliveries with in-house 4680 cells and Roadster X+ certification.
