OHSAA Sets 2026 State Basketball Tournaments in Dayton With March Schedule

Overview

• All 21 girls’ and boys’ state tournament games will be held in the Dayton/Miami Valley area in March 2026.
• UD Arena will host every championship game for all seven divisions in both tournaments.
• Wright State’s Nutter Center and Vandalia Butler High School will stage selected state semifinal games.
• The girls’ tournament runs March 12–14 and the boys’ tournament runs March 19–22, with division-specific semifinal and final slots set by OHSAA.
• This format replaces last year’s statewide semifinal sites; the schedule falls between Dayton’s NCAA First Four (March 17–18) and uses venues with capacities of 13,400 (UD), 10,000 (Nutter Center) and 4,500 (Vandalia Butler).
