One of the twins, Ky'air, tragically passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome a month after being found, in an unrelated incident.
The rescue of the second twin involved the efforts of two women who recognized Jackson from social media and led to her arrest.
Jackson faces a recommended sentence of 20 years in prison, with her sentencing set for a later date.
