Ohio Man Lived with Dead Wife's Body for Six Years

The couple, devout Quakers, wished to be buried together, according to their son.

70-year-old Ohio farmer Robert Rea lived with his wife's well-preserved body in an RV on their farm for six years after her death in 2017.
The body of Robert's wife, Peggy, was found wrapped in a blanket and surrounded by herbs, and was surprisingly well-preserved given the length of time she had been deceased.
Both Robert and Peggy appeared to have died of natural causes.
The couple's son, John, informed authorities of his parents' deaths and revealed that they were devout Quakers who wished to be buried together.
The case remains under investigation, and both bodies were sent to the medical examiner's office for further examination.
