Overview

• A Tuscarawas County grand jury indicted Ruth Miller on seven counts, including aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, three counts of domestic violence and one count of endangering children.
• Miller pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity at her Sept. 8 arraignment and is being held in the county jail after an earlier psychiatric hospitalization.
