OGRA Raises Pakistan RLNG Tariffs Up to 0.59% for February

• The decision sets February 2026 RLNG rates for customers of both SNGPL and SSGCL.
• SNGPL’s distribution price rises 0.53% to $11.3345 per MMBtu, an increase of $0.0602 from January.
• SSGCL’s distribution price climbs 0.59% to $10.27 per MMBtu, up $0.0605 from the prior month.
• OGRA said the revised tariffs factor in terminal charges, transmission losses, port handling costs and Pakistan State Oil margins.
• Rates are derived from a weighted average of eight PSO cargoes under two long-term Qatar contracts, in line with Pakistan’s monthly RLNG pricing practice.
