Officers Deny Misconduct as OPCC Hearing Opens in Myles Gray Case

The 10-week proceeding seeks to resolve discrepancies left by earlier probes that cleared seven Vancouver officers.

  • On the opening day, Margaret Gray testified about learning her son had died after she reported him missing and described identifying him by necklaces caked in mud and blood.
  • The hearing is being held at UBC Robson Square under retired B.C. Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Arnold-Bailey and is scheduled to run through March 26.
