Overview
- Basic coverage thresholds rose to $20,000 for Section 503 and $200,000 for VEVRAA following the FAR Council’s 2025 review published at 90 FR 41872.
- Affirmative Action Programs apply to contractors with 50 or more employees plus a single covered contract of $50,000 under Section 503 or $200,000 under VEVRAA.
- OFCCP is applying the adjusted amounts even though 41 C.F.R. parts 60–741 and 60–300 have not yet been updated.
