  • Odisha topped the access domain with a score range of 941-1000, earning the highest grade among all states.
  • The 5T High School Programme modernized roughly 7,000 schools through its five pillars: technology, teamwork, transparency, time and transformation.
  • The Performance Grading Index evaluates school systems across 73 indicators in outcomes and governance and management categories.
  • Targets set by former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and administrator V.K. Pandian in 2019 aimed to surpass Kerala, a goal achieved in the 2023-24 assessment.
