Overview

• Construction is slated from 2025–26 to 2027–28 with at least one model primary school in every Gram Panchayat under the Godabarish Adarsha Vidyalaya scheme.

• The cabinet also approved Rs 226 crore for Maa Tarini Temple area development at Ghatagaon over 59.206 acres with a 24‑month completion target.
• Project funding includes Rs 80 crore for land acquisition and Rs 146 crore for facilities, with the lowest tender awarded to M/s Dilip Construction Pvt Ltd (excluding GST).
• Labour-law changes raise the daily work limit to 10 hours with mandated rest, require registration for establishments with 20 or more employees, permit women to work at night with consent and safeguards, and mandate double pay for overtime beyond 10 hours a day or 48 hours a week.
