- Odesur’s Executive Committee completed an institutional visit and gave a positive evaluation of venues, athletes’ villages and operational plans, clearing the Games to enter final preparations.
- Organizers are now concentrating on last‑mile tasks such as final operational adjustments, the Opening and Closing ceremonies, volunteer deployment, and the ongoing South American torch relay.
- Bornan Sports Technology is the designated IT partner and will run integrated Games Results Systems (GRS) and a Games Management System (GMS) to handle timing, scoring, accreditation, access and real‑time data delivery.
- The Games will bring more than 4,000 athletes from 15 countries to Santa Fe, Rosario and Rafaela across 43 sports and 60 disciplines, requiring tight coordination of transport, accommodation, food and competition schedules.
