Obama Provides Script Notes for Netflix Disaster Film Starring Julia Roberts and Ethan Hawke

Director Sam Esmail said Obama's notes helped ground the story in reality and focused on empathy and characters.
Obama aimed to help create an effective disaster film where characters and reactions are the focus rather than spectacle.
The film will premiere in theaters this November and on Netflix in December.
