Overview
- A federal judge in Oaxaca formally charged Felipe de Jesús Ceballos Tovar (El Franco 6) and Marcelino Luna Rodríguez (El Brócoli) with possessing military-exclusive ammunition and trafficking drugs.
- Both men have been in preventive custody since their July 2 arrest during a multiagency operation involving the FGR, Sedena, Semar, Guardia Nacional, CNI and state security forces in Querétaro and Guanajuato.
- Authorities seized military-grade ammunition, marijuana, methamphetamine, MDMA tablets, cocaine, computers, phones and vehicles during raids on two Querétaro properties.
