Oaxaca Judge Binds Gulf Cartel Leaders to Arms and Drug Charges

  • A federal judge in Oaxaca formally charged Felipe de Jesús Ceballos Tovar (El Franco 6) and Marcelino Luna Rodríguez (El Brócoli) with possessing military-exclusive ammunition and trafficking drugs.
