Overview

• A 57-year-old woman was grabbed from behind and had a gun pressed to her head inside the West 86th Street B/C station around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
• The robber demanded her belongings, exited the station, and rode west on West 88th Street on a maroon bicycle.
• No injuries were reported in the incident.
• Investigators released an image and described the suspect as about 5 feet 9 inches tall, last seen in a gray hat, dark coat, blue jeans, and gray sneakers.
• No arrests have been made as the investigation continues, and police urged anyone with information to contact NYPD Crime Stoppers.
