Overview

- Police say a snowball thrown at the suspect’s minivan preceded a verbal dispute before the boy’s head was slammed into a parked car’s rear windshield.
- The suspect fled in a silver minivan, reported as a Honda Odyssey, heading west on Ditmas Avenue toward Cortelyou Road.
- The 10-year-old was taken by EMS to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition with head and hand pain and is expected to recover.
