NYPD Seeks Driver After Hit-and-Run Kills 75-Year-Old in Sunset Park

Detectives are looking for a silver SUV that left the scene near 41st Street at Seventh Avenue on Saturday night.

The driver was headed north on Seventh Ave. in Sunset Park when the victim, Judith Byron, 75, tried to cross the street at 41st St., cops said. Byron had the walk signal, and the driver went through a steady red light, hitting her and knocking her to the pavement, cops said. (Google)
