• The assault occurred around 9 a.m. on Aug. 29 inside Hotel OPUS at 1440 East 222nd Street in Baychester, police said.
• Investigators say the man entered the room with the woman, displayed a knife, took $400, forced her to undress, raped her, then fled south on East 222nd Street.
• EMS brought the 25-year-old to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where she was listed in stable condition; law-enforcement sources said the two were acquaintances.
• Newly released video shows the suspect at a hotel-room door and later entering a subway station; he has a dark complexion, wears glasses, a white T‑shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, and carries a black backpack.
