Overview
- Officers responded to 20-50 Nameoke Ave. shortly before 2:40 p.m. on Jan. 30 after a 911 call reporting an unconscious person.
- Police found the man unresponsive inside the building with visible injuries to his head and face.
- EMS pronounced him dead at the scene and his body was transferred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy.
- Detectives from the 101st Precinct are investigating the case and no arrests have been made.
- Authorities have not released his name pending family notification and are asking anyone with information to contact NYPD Crime Stoppers.
