The scheme involved submitting false loan applications for themselves, family members, and over 65 others.
Bolden and Carreira, along with Bolden's mother and cousin, were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
The fraudulent activities reportedly took place between May 2020 and October 2022.
All defendants have been arraigned and released on bail, with Carreira agreeing to surrender at a later date.
