NYC to Release 100,000 Free Tickets for Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks

An early allotment for the first 2,500 text registrants ensures front-row seats before tickets open to the general public.

Overview

  • Tickets will be available online starting at 8:30 a.m. on July 1 through a first-come, first-served lottery at july4thtickets.events.nyc.
  • Each registrant may request up to four seats in Brooklyn Bridge Park and a maximum of two tickets for The Seaport viewing areas.
  • The 49th annual show will fire more than 80,000 shells from four barges along the East River at 9:25 p.m. with new pyrotechnic effects and projection mapping.
  • Non-ticket holders can catch the display from designated entry points along the FDR Drive, including access at Montgomery Street, Madison Street, Broad Street and Water Street.
  • An ADA-accessible viewing zone will be open at Murray Bergtraum Field, reachable via Pike Street and Cherry Street.
