• The lottery covers 57 studios, 40 one-bedrooms, and 25 two-bedrooms within a 17-story building at 570 Washington Street.
• Rent is set at 30% of household income and includes all utilities.
• Amenities include a community and wellness center, library and computer room, fitness center, bike storage, shared laundry, on-site management, and social service offices, with supportive programming by JASA and Settlement Housing Fund as administrative agent.
