• Police say a passerby reported a smoke-filled parked car outside the Clevelander Hotel in Miami Beach around 9:20 p.m. Sunday.
• Officers reported finding a 2-year-old in the back seat while the adults allegedly smoked marijuana with the windows up and drank tequila.
• A pistol was recovered from the glove box and a large clear bag of marijuana was found under the driver’s seat, according to arrest reports.
• Both adults face one count of child abuse noted as “no harm,” with Kasey Buckmann also charged with marijuana possession and Phillip Fraisar charged as a felon in possession of a firearm.
• Court records reference Fraisar’s 2015 New York weapons conviction; no physical injury to the child was reported and both defendants are due in court on Sept. 30.
