NY Attorney General Investigating Fatal Police Shooting of 2 Teens

Two teens were fatally shot by an Onondaga County sheriff's deputy responding to reports of suspicious vehicles related to smoke shop burglaries.
The deputy fired at a vehicle attempting to flee after he believed it was trying to run him over.
One teen died at the scene, the second after being transported to a hospital.
The incident was captured on video and the deputy has been placed on administrative leave.
The NY Attorney General's Office of Special Investigation is conducting an inquiry as required by state law.
