- The Kansas City Current will host Portland Thorns FC on March 16 at CPKC Stadium, the first purpose-built stadium for a women’s professional sports team.
- The league is breaking during the Olympic Games in Paris, with no NWSL games scheduled between July 7 and Aug. 23.
