- Officials said radar showed strong rotation and a debris signature around 4:04–4:07 p.m. Saturday as severe storms moved through central Massachusetts.
- Survey crews are also examining storm damage in Berlin and other towns, with results expected after the ground reviews are completed.
- The storms uprooted large trees, damaged homes and blocked roads across multiple communities, but initial reports indicated no injuries.
- Power outages peaked near 9,000 customers Saturday evening and dropped to about 2,200 by Sunday morning, as reports also noted wind gusts up to 60–64 mph and hail up to roughly 3 inches.
