NWS Issues Morning Wind Advisory for Parts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties

Los Angeles County is under a wind advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. The advisory is valid for Wednesday, Nov. 26 between midnight and noon.
