- The squall was moving east about 45 mph from near Howard toward Harrison Valley with gusts up to 35 mph.

- The weather service warned that intense bursts can drop visibility to near zero and advised slowing down, using lights, increasing following distance and avoiding abrupt braking.
- A separate warning at 12:27 p.m. targeted Bradford County, Pennsylvania, until 1:30 p.m., naming Athens, Towanda and Troy with similar hazards reported.
