  • Forecasters expect actual lows in the upper 30s with gusty northwest winds making it feel as cold as the mid-20s Fahrenheit, with gusts up to about 26 mph.
  • Officials warn of hypothermia risk, advising layered clothing and covered skin for anyone outdoors, and urge residents to bring pets and sensitive plants inside and protect exposed pipes.
  • Walt Disney World’s Typhoon Lagoon will be closed on Tuesday, and Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay is closed during the cold spell, including November 10 and 11.
  • The cold snap is expected to be brief, with temperatures rebounding into the 60s and 70s through midweek and reaching the upper 70s by Sunday.
