Nvidia’s 20-Core N1X Arm SoC Leaks Show Intel, AMD-Beating Performance

Overview

  • In Geekbench tests on an HP development board, the N1X posted 3,096 single-core and 18,837 multi-core scores under Ubuntu 24.04.1 with 128 GB of RAM.
  • Nvidia and MediaTek’s collaboration reportedly combines ten Cortex-X925 and ten Cortex-A725 cores in the 20-core SoC design.
  • Early benchmarks show performance on par with Intel’s Arrow Lake-HX and AMD’s Ryzen AI MAX and outperform Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite.
