NVIDIA Plans New GeForce X 4070 Variant with GDDR6 Memory

The new model addresses GDDR6X shortages, offering slightly reduced performance but similar specifications.

NVIDIA's new RTX 4070 will feature 12GB of GDDR6 memory instead of GDDR6X due to supply issues.
The GDDR6 memory is expected to run at 20 Gbps, slightly slower than the current 21 Gbps GDDR6X.
This change results in a minor bandwidth reduction from 504 GB/s to 480 GB/s.
All other specifications, including CUDA cores and clock speeds, remain unchanged.
