Nvidia Enhances GeForce Now Performance Tier with 1440p Streaming

The new membership tier offers higher resolutions and ultrawide support, but introduces a 100-hour monthly playtime cap starting next year.

Nvidia has rebranded its GeForce Now Priority membership to the Performance tier, enhancing streaming capabilities to 1440p and ultrawide resolutions.
Despite the upgrades, Nvidia maintains the monthly price at $9.99 for the Performance tier and $19.99 for the Ultimate tier.
A new 100-hour monthly playtime limit will be implemented for Performance and Ultimate members starting January 2026, affecting about 6% of users.
Current members can enjoy unlimited playtime until the end of 2025 if they maintain their subscription without interruption.
Nvidia offers Day Passes at a discounted rate for users to sample the Performance and Ultimate tiers, with the option to apply the cost towards a monthly membership.
