  • US chipmaker Nvidia is partnering with UK's Arm on the development of new PC processors to challenge Intel. The new processors, which will be capable of running Microsoft software, are expected to be on sale by 2025.

  • A British court decided that Nigeria would not have to pay $11 billion for a fraudulent gas project contract that was awarded by a British Virgin Islands-based firm. This ruling is a major relief for Nigeria's struggling economy.
  • Los Angeles startup Varda Space Industries is finding it difficult to bring its HIV/AIDS drug, ritonavir, back to Earth after successfully launching its drug manufacturing operation into orbit. The US Federal Aviation Administration has yet to approve its landing.
