• Weeks after moving in, the unnamed occupier stopped paying rent, blocked property access and remained on the premises until January 2025
• When the couple regained entry in June, they discovered waist-high piles of roughly 3,000 beer cans, many filled with urine, along with bags of human faeces and general waste
• The accumulation of waste caused thousands of pounds of damage to carpets, walls, furniture and appliances, leaving the flat in need of extensive repairs
• Their daughter Rose has set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for professional cleaning and repair after the family was left with massive remediation costs
