NTT Buys Jeetendra, Tusshar Kapoor’s Balaji IT Park Asset in Mumbai for Rs 559 Crore

Registration documents dated January 9 show the DC-10 data-centre building with its generator block changing hands under a stamp duty exemption.

  • An earlier Balaji IT Park transaction with NTT was registered in May 2025 for about Rs 855 crore, bringing recent disposals to roughly Rs 1,414 crore, and reporters have sought comment from the seller firms.
