Overview

• Arnab Maitra, head of project at NTPC Bongaigaon, formally transferred the vehicles to District Commissioner Masanda M Pertin in Kokrajhar, Assam.
• Each ambulance is configured for Advanced Life Support with modern pre‑hospital medical equipment.
• The transfer was conducted under NTPC Bongaigaon’s CSR program following a request from the District Administration.
• District Health Services, Kokrajhar will operate and maintain the ambulances with its own staff.
• Officials including Additional District Commissioner Kabita Deka, NTPC AGM (HR) Amit K Asthana, and medical college principal Dr. Atul Chandra Baro attended, as the district thanked NTPC and the company reiterated its community focus.
