NTA Urges JEE Main 2026 Aspirants to Update Aadhaar, UDID and Category Certificates Before October Registration

Overview

  • The online application for Session 1 is expected to open in October 2025 on jeemain.nta.nic.in, with dates to be announced by NTA.
  • JEE Main 2026 will be held in two sessions, with Session 1 in January and Session 2 in April.
  • Candidates must ensure Aadhaar details match records, including name, date of birth as per Class 10 certificate, father’s name, latest photograph and address.
  • PwD applicants should verify that their UDID cards are valid and renewed if required, and reserved-category candidates must hold current EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL certificates.
  • After the application window closes, NTA will provide a limited correction window, and candidates should check nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in for official updates.
