NTA Sets January 15 for UGC-NET December Provisional Answer Keys

A short paid window will let candidates contest specific answers after viewing their scripts.

Overview

  • Provisional answer keys, question papers, and recorded responses will be posted on ugcnet.nta.nic.in by January 15, 2026.
  • Candidates will have two days to file challenges at Rs 200 per question, a non-refundable fee, through the official key-challenge link only.
  • Only timely, paid submissions with justification will be considered for review under the prescribed process.
  • Access requires logging in with application number, date of birth, and captcha, after which materials can be downloaded.
  • Subject experts will examine valid representations before NTA releases the final answer key and results, following exams held Dec 31–Jan 7 across 83 subjects with 7,35,592 candidates and no negative marking.
