Overview

  • Candidates must apply on the official portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in before the window shuts on November 7 at 11:50 pm.
  • A short correction window will be available from November 10 to November 12 for editing submitted forms.
  • The UGC NET December 2025 exam will run in computer-based mode nationwide from December 31, 2025 to January 7, 2026.
  • Application fees are ₹1,150 for General, ₹600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL, and ₹325 for SC/ST/PwD/third gender, payable online.
  • The advisory urges Aadhaar verification and valid UDID details for PwD candidates and warns that particulars should be checked carefully before fee payment, as changes will not be allowed afterward.
