Overview
- NTA has activated admit card downloads for the UGC NET December 2025 cycle, with availability confirmed for the January 2, 2026 session.
- Candidates should log in at ugcnet.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth, download the PDF, and carry a clear A4 printout; for issues or discrepancies, contact 011-40759000 or ugcnet@nta.ac.in.
- The CBT will be held across 85 subjects on December 31 and January 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, 2026, with scheduled shifts from 9:00 am–12:00 pm and 3:00 pm–6:00 pm; December 31 is slated for a single shift as per the published plan.
- Entry requires the printed admit card plus an original government photo ID, with reporting well before gate closure at 8:30 am for the morning shift and 2:00 pm for the afternoon shift.
- Exam-day rules bar phones, watches, calculators, bags, and metallic jewellery, while a simple transparent pen and a clear water bottle are permitted.
