- The Joint CSIR‑UGC NET will be held as a computer‑based test on July 17–18 with subject‑ and shift‑specific timings for five science disciplines.
- NTA emphasises that the admit card is provisional pending eligibility verification and that no physical copy will be sent by post.
- On exam day candidates must bring a printed admit card, a valid original photo ID such as Aadhaar or passport, and any passport photos required while electronic devices and study material are prohibited inside the hall.
