Overview
- The National Testing Agency posted final NIFTEE 2026 scorecards on exams.nta.nic.in/niftee on Wednesday, June 3, and candidates can download their individual PDFs using their application number and password.
- Each scorecard lists candidate details plus marks from the General Ability Test and Creative Ability Test, Stage 2 scores, Common Merit Rank and category rank, qualifying status, and official counselling instructions.
- The final merit lists were compiled after the multi-stage process of written tests, Stage 2 skill/studio/situation tests and PG interviews, with Stage 2 shortlisting done about 1:4 by programme and category.
- Official participation figures show 21,307 unique registrants for Stage 1 with 40,247 test entries and an 88.44% attendance rate, while 12,065 UG candidates were shortlisted for Stage 2 and roughly 10,432 (86.46%) attended the skill tests.
- Next steps for qualified applicants include registration for centralised counselling, document verification and seat allotment across NIFT’s campuses, and candidates should ready required documents and monitor the NTA/NIFT portals for schedules and instructions.
