Overview

• Online application window runs from October 7 to November 7 (11:50 pm) at ugcnet.nta.nic.in, with fee payment due the same night.
• A correction window will be available from November 10 to 12 (up to 11:50 pm) for editing submitted particulars.
• Exam dates, city intimation and admit cards will be announced later on the NTA portal.
• The test comprises two objective papers in one three-hour sitting with +2 per correct answer and no negative marking.
• Fees are ₹1,150 for General, ₹600 for Gen‑EWS/OBC‑NCL, and ₹325 for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender, payable online.
