Overview
- Candidates must apply at cuet.nta.nic.in by January 30, with online fee payment accepted until January 31 as per category-based slabs.
- The examination is scheduled for May 11–31 in multiple shifts and will be conducted across India and overseas.
- CUET UG 2026 offers 37 subjects with 60-minute papers, NCERT-based domain syllabi, a +5/–1 marking scheme, and up to five subject choices.
- Scores will be used for admissions to 47 central universities and more than 300 participating colleges, and 33 state universities will admit through CUET counselling this year.
- An application correction window will be open February 2–4, and details on exam cities, admit cards, answer keys, and results will be announced later; NTA advises ensuring Aadhaar, UDID, and category certificates are updated.
