NTA Launches New CUET UG 2025 Website, Announces Key Exam Changes

The updated platform centralizes information for undergraduate admissions while introducing a revised exam format and subject options.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a new website for CUET UG 2025 at cuet.nta.nic.in, replacing the previous platform.
Registration for CUET UG 2025 will open soon, with details on application forms, eligibility, and exam schedules to be provided on the new website.
The exam will now be conducted exclusively in a computer-based test (CBT) format, moving away from the hybrid format used in prior years.
Major revisions include reducing the number of subjects from 63 to 37, consolidating language tests from 33 to 13, and standardizing the exam duration to 60 minutes per paper.
Admissions to programs in discontinued subjects, such as Entrepreneurship and Fashion Studies, will rely on General Aptitude Test (GAT) scores instead of subject-specific exams.
