NTA Confirms JEE Main January 28–29 Admit Cards Pending Release

Candidates should expect access roughly 3–4 days before the tests based on the agency’s information bulletin.

Overview

  • As of January 19, NTA has not issued hall tickets for the January 28–29 sessions and says they will be released "in due course," while admit cards for January 21–24 are already available.
  • Following the stated timeline in the bulletin, the remaining admit cards are likely around January 24–25.
  • Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) is scheduled on January 28 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, and Paper 2A/2B (B.Arch/B.Planning) runs on January 29 in two shifts: 9:00 am–12:00 noon and 3:00 pm–6:00/6:30 pm.
  • Once released, candidates must download the hall ticket from jeemain.nta.nic.in using their application number and password.
  • On exam day, candidates should carry a printed admit card, the NTA self‑declaration, one passport photo, and an original photo ID, and they must not bring phones, calculators, stationery, eatables, water, electronic gadgets, or metallic items.
